Mazkoora-e-baalaa micaataoN meiN yeh kahiN caabit nahiN houtaa ke lafz kaanch "moa'nnac" nahiN hei:
In micaalaoN meiN sirf yeh zaahir houtaa hei:
a) kaanch kii chooRiyaaN (kiyoonke chooRiyaaN mo'annac hei)
b) kaanch kaa glaas (kiyoonke glaas muzakkar hei)
c)kaanch ke bartan (kiyoonke bartan muzakkar hei aur kaa kii bajaye ke se muraad jamA kaa saighah hei). In baataoN se khud Sarwar Saahib muttafiq heiN.
In micaalaoN se lafz "kaanch" ke moa'nnac houne meiN koii shak o shubha nahin paidaa houtaa.
Rahaa sawaal maqaamee acaarat ke teHt kaanch ko mo'annac kahaa jaanaa to yeh aik ghalaTfehmi hei jo Feroz-ul-llughaat se paidaa housakti hei jisko urdu ke muhaqqiqqen ghair moA'tabar samajhte heiN. MuHtarami Sarwar Saahib ko poori koushish ke ba'd "kaanch" ke lafz kaa kaheeN bhii "moa'nnac" nazar nah aanaa Hairat anges hei.

Aap dobarah meri Ibaarat ghaur se paRheN tou maloom hougaa ke aap ne mere tabsireh ko naaqis taur per naql kiyaa hei.
Mazkoorah micaalaoN ki vazaahat karne ke fauran bad hii maiN ne likhkhaa thaa (In baataoN se khud Sarwar Saahib muttafiq heiN.)
Naiee baat paidaa karnaa koiee aisi ibaarat nahiN jisko sunkar yaa paRhkar koiee barham houjaye. Meraa kehne kaa maqsad to yehi thaa ke un micaalaoN se aap ne aik nayi baat paidaa kii jo pahle se zer-e-beHc nahiN thii. Kyaa aap yeh chaahte heiN ke meri zubaan o qalam per mohr lagaadeN aur mujhe izhaar-e-khayaal ka Haq hii na hou? Agar aisi baat hei Huzoor tou aayindah aap mujhe aapka farmaaNbardaar aur MuTeeA payenge aur maiN aapki haaN meiN haaN milaataa rahungaa.
Aapka yeh kehnaa:

Aapki mandarja-e-baalaa ibaarat ke baare meiN sirf itnaa Arz karungaa ke her aadamii se ghalaTi houti hei. GhalaTi ko ghalaTi maan lenaa hii saHeeH tareeq-e-kaar hei. Lekin aik to ghalaTi karnaa aur usper muSir hounaa ke wo ghalaTi nahiN hei, aik mazHakah khaiz baat hei:
Lady Burton kaa English meiN aur Ibn-ul-Arabi kaa Arabi meiN aik hii qual hei jiskaa tarjimah yooN hei:
"Wo jou nahiN jaantaa, aur jaantaa hei ke wo nahiN jaantaa, wo seedhaa aadami hei use sikhaaou.
Wo jou jaantaa hei, lekin yeh nahiN jaantaa ke wo jaantaa hei, use jagaaou kiyooNke wo ghaflat kii neend meiN hei.
Wo jou nahiN jaantaa, aur yeh nahiN jaantaa ke wo nahiN jaantaa, wo aik bewaqoof hei us se door rahou.
Wo jou jaantaa hei, aur jaantaa hei ke wo jaantaa hei, uski ittibaaA karu kiyoonkeh wo Aqlmand aadami hei.
Agar aapko meraa tareeqa-e-istidlaal is liye ghair marghoob nazar aataa hei ke maiN baghair istidlaal ke koiee baat nahiN karnaa chaahtaa, tou maiN bhii usi taraH kii ibaarat isteAmal kiyaa karungaa (mere khayaal meiN yeh baat saHeeH hei, mere khayaal meiN wo baat ghalaT hei) waghairah.
Aap ne mazeed likhkhaa hei:
(((ham :baRoN: ko har dam yeh Zehn meN rakh`naa chaahiYe keh bazm meN bohat se :ch`oTe: aate haiN aur ham se sanjeedagee se seekh`ne ke muta,mannee haiN. ham agar aisee Ghair-Zimmedaaraanah micaal un ke liYe qaa,im kareN ge to yeh koyee mustaHsin fe'l naheeN ho gaa.)))
Khudaa ke liye mujhe baRaoN meiN nah shaamil keejiye. MaiN aik Taalib-e-ilm thaa, Taalib-e-ilm hooN, aur Taalib-e-ilm rahungaa aur aap jaisi shakhsiyataoN se ilmi istifaadah Haasil kartaa rahungaa.
Ab sanad ke ta'alluq se maiN ne jild number aur safHah number bhi darj kardiyaa hei. Mere khayaal meiN aap jaisi Aalim shakhsiyat ke liye itnaa Hawaalah kaafi hei.
Is maqaam per maiN saare doust aHbaab se iltimaas kartaa hooN ke wo mujhe samjhayeN ke maiN ne kyaa be adabi kii hei. Agar waaqaAi unjaane meiN mujh se koiee be-adabi sarzad houi hei tou maiN sirf Sarwar Saahib se hii nahiN balke saare likhne paRhne waalaoN se haath jouRkar maAzirat chaahtaa hooN.
Iske ilaawa agar meri baataoN se zarrah baraabar bhii gharoor o takabbur ayaaN houraa hei tou maiN her TaraH se qaabil-e-muaa'khizah hooN. Shukriyah.

aap ke hukm ki ta'ameel meiN, Khaaksaar haazir-e-Khidmat hai aur, idhar aate hi, Anmol saahiba ke aek misre par aap ka eiteraaz aur, us eiteraaz par, Sarwar saahib ka javaab nazar se guzraa! chooN-k aap dono hazraat laa-mehdood ilm ke maalik haiN, is liye aap saahibaan ke aage mujh gaNvaar ki zarra bhar bisaat naheeN hai! phir bhi, jo nataa'ij meri haaliya tehqeeq se bar-aamad huye haiN, voh naazireen-e-mehfil ki nazr haiN!

1. mere paas sirf aek luGhat hai --- Platts ki --- jo k halqa-e-suKhanvaraaN meiN mustanad maani jaati hai. us luGhat ke mutaabiq, lafz kaaNch muzakkar hai!
2.albatta, apni tashaffi ke liye, maiN ne apni aek azeeza ko phone kiyaa k voh, is baare meiN, meri madad farmaayeN. unhooN ne fauran FarhaNg-e-kaarvaaN dekhi to yeh lafz moannas niklaa!
phir unhoN ne Maulavi Abdul Haq ki farhaNg dekhi to us meiN, Khudaa sadqe, lafz kaaNch hai hi naheeN!
tab unhoN ne farmaaya k kisi Hindi movie meiN ko'i gaana hai jis meiN kahaa gayaa hai: "hare kaaNch ki chuuRiyaaN" --- goyaa, vahaaN is lafz ko muzakkar baaNdhaa gayaa hai!
3. phir maiN ne yeh savaal RMIM par post kiyaa to vahaaN ko'i 7-8 javaab aaye, jin se vaazeh hu'aa k beshtar log is lafz ko muzakkar maante haiN --- jin do-aek saahiban ne is lafz ko muannas kahaa, yaa to un ki daleel mustahkam naheeN thi yaa phir un ke javaab ka javaaz Ghaa'ib tha!
4. saath hi, maiN ne apne mo'atabar dost janaab-e-S.S. ko phone kiyaa --- kyooN-k eeN-hazrat Hindi par uboor rakhne ka saath saath thora bahut Urdu se bhi aagaah haiN ---
unhoN ne mujhe bataaya k Feeroz-ul-luGhaat meiN yeh lafz ---ba-maa'ni sheesha --- muzakkar hai; albatta, is lafz ke maa'ni aek beemaari ke bhi haiN --- some intestinal disease --- us soorat meiN, yeh lafz muannas hai!
phir unhoN ne Hindi ki aek mustanad luGhat dekhi --- compiled by Hardev Bahri --- jis meiN yeh lafz sareehan muzakkar nikla!
phir unheN ne tasdeeq ki k "hare kaaNch ki chooRiyaaN" asl meiN aek movie ka naam hai jis ki direction Kishor Sahu ne ki thi aur jis ke naGhme Shailendra ne likhe the. us movie meiN aek gaana hai, jis meiN aek line teen baar dohraa'ii jaati hai aur voh line hai:
baj uTheN gii "hare kaaNch ki chooRiyaaN"!
goyaa, yeh lafz jo k Hindi ka hai, kam-az-kam Hindi vaaloN ki nazar meiN to muzakkar hai!

Purkhuloos Tasleemaat o Ihtiraam,
Sab se pahle maiN aapka aur Sarwar Saahib kaa shukriyaa adaa kartaa hooN ke aap dounon ne mujhe kisi nateejeh per pahonchne meiN madad farmaayi.
Dar asl maiN ne Anmol se yeh hargiz nahiN kahaa ke wo apnaa misraA badal de. Jou kuch maiN ne likhkha thaa wo yeh hei:
(((YahaaN "TooTi kaanch" kii bajaye "TooTe kaanch" kaa kyaa javaaz hei, maiN jaanne kii koushish meiN hooN. )))
Iske ba'd mere muHtaram ustaad Sarwar Saahib ne ,jo nah jaane kiyooN hamaishah mujh se naaraaz rehte heiN, farmaayaa:
((mujh` ko yeh dekh` kar qadre Hairat huyee. ho saktaa hai keh maqaamee acaraat ke teHt kaheeN :kaaNch: ko mu,annac kahaa jaataa ho. lekin jahaaN tak meraa i'lm hai lafz^ :kaaNch: muZakkar hai. u'mooman is ko kisee aur lafz^ ke saath Urdu iZ^aafat (kaa, kee, ke) se munsalik karte haiN. yeh iZ^aafat us munsalikah lafz^ kee paaband hotee hai lekin is se Khud :kaaNch: kee taZkeer/taaneec kaa tai,yyun naheeN hotaa hai. micaal ke t^aur se ham kehte haiN:

kaaNch kaa gilaas
kaaNch ke bartan
yahaaN :kee, kaa, ke: b.iltarteeb :chooRiyaaN, gilaas, bartan: kee taZkeer-o-taaneec ke t^aabe' haiN. isee t^araH ham kehte haiN keh:
is saamaan meN naaqiS kaaNch ista'maal huwaa hai.
nah keh :ista'maal huyee hai:. mumkin hai keh Nazir SaaHeb koyee sanad de kar hamaare is iltibaas ko door kar sakeN. maiN ne talaash kiyaa lekin mujh ko koyee micaal naheeN mil sakee. )))
Hasb-e-Talab meraa kaam thaa ke koiee daleel paish karuN, is liye maiN ne likhkhaa:

Mazkoora-e-baalaa micaataoN meiN yeh kahiN caabit nahiN houtaa ke lafz kaanch "moa'nnac" nahiN hei:
In micaalaoN meiN sirf yeh zaahir houtaa hei:
a) kaanch kii chooRiyaaN (kiyoonke chooRiyaaN mo'annac hei)
b) kaanch kaa glaas (kiyoonke glaas muzakkar hei)
c)kaanch ke bartan (kiyoonke bartan muzakkar hei aur kaa kii bajaye ke se muraad jamA kaa saighah hei). In baataoN se khud Sarwar Saahib muttafiq heiN.
In micaalaoN se lafz "kaanch" ke moa'nnac houne meiN koii shak o shubha nahin paidaa houtaa.
Rahaa sawaal maqaamee acaarat ke teHt kaanch ko mo'annac kahaa jaanaa to yeh aik ghalaTfehmi hei jo Feroz-ul-llughaat se paidaa housakti hei jisko urdu ke muhaqqiqqen ghair moA'tabar samajhte heiN. MuHtarami Sarwar Saahib ko poori koushish ke ba'd "kaanch" ke lafz kaa kaheeN bhii "moa'nnac" nazar nah aanaa Hairat angez hei.

yeh Soorat-e-istidlaa is se qabl bh`ee aap baarhaa ista'maal kar chuke haiN aur har martabah aap kee baat Ghalat^ caabit ho chukee hai. aap se dast-bastah iltimaas hai keh eHitiyaat^ se kaam liyaa kareN. ham :baRoN: ko har dam yeh Zehn meN rakh`naa chaahiYe keh bazm meN bohat se :ch`oTe: aate haiN aur ham se sanjeedagee se seekh`ne ke muta,mannee haiN. ham agar aisee Ghair-Zimmedaaraanah micaal un ke liYe qaa,im kareN ge to yeh koyee mustaHsin fe'l naheeN ho gaa.

har shaKhS ke paas yeh luGhaat naheeN haiN. kam se kam mere paas to naheeN haiN. agar aap in luGhaat se dekh kar :kaaNch: ke mu,annac hone kee sanda de dete to baat Khatm ho jaatee aur ham sab ke i'lm meN iZ^aafah hotaa. ab bh`ee der naheeN huyee hai. az-raah-e-karam yeh kitaabeN dekh` kar apnee baat waaZ^iH keejiYe aur kaaNch ke mu,annac hone kee sanda deejiYe. us ke ba'd maiN to kyaa koyee bh`ee kisee iltibaas kaa shikaar naheeN ho sake gaa.
ummeed hai keh aap hameN in kitaaboN se dee huyee sanad se mustafeed farmaaYeN ge. ek iltijaa aur hai keh Khwaah-maKhwaah baat ko t^ool dene kee chandaaN Haajat naheeN hai. agar aap luGhaat se sanad de sakeN to nawaazish ho gee. agar nah de sakeN to is mas,aleh par mazeed beHc kee koyee gunjaa,ish naheeN hai aur meree jaanib se Khaamoshee hee iKhtiyaar kee jaaYe gee.

Albattah Feroz-ul-lughaat kii vajah se ghalaTfehmi housakti hii jis meiN isko muzakkar dikhaayaa gayaa hei lekin urdu ke muHaqqiqqen kii nazar meiN yeh dictionary qaabil-e-iAtimaad nahiN.
4)Raj Kumar Saahib ne "kaanch" ke muzakkar houne kii taa'yeed kii aur yeh bhii kahaa ke Anmol ko uskaa misraA nahiN badlnaa chaahiye. MaiN bhii is baat per unki taayeed kartaa hooN kiyoonkeh "kaanch" ke muzakkar houne kii daleel maujood hei.
5) Is saari beHc ke ba'd aik sawaal uThtaa hei. Kyaa FarHang-e-Aasafiyah aur Standard Twentieth Century Dictionary dounoN naaqaabil-e-iAtibaar heiN?
